The grand vacation begins when the boy's parents are offered a free ski trip to Aspen, but of course, there's a catch: they have to attend one meeting about time-share opportunities. Meanwhile on the slopes, Stan has a run in with one of the locals and is challenged to race the best skier on the mountain.

This episode has the distinction of having the shortest title for Season 6.
First time they used a real place with slight different spelling for a title.

In the condo, the mountain scene picture on wall was cartoon and not "real-life" type picture.

The ski race was a spoof on the classic, The Tortoise & The Hare.

FAST ANIMATION :
In Asspen one of the buildings had letters KOA.
This is an allusion to the Sorority Boys movie and the name of house they joined.
In reality, one of the actors from that movie kicked-ass on Matt & Trey in Celebrity Dodgeball held in L.A. CA.
This may be some acknowledgement to them or the movie.
Look for reality TV show that follows DodgeBall Teams & games they play. Idea sparked from the above Celebrity Dodgeball in L.A.
