Up The Down Steriods - #803 e113

KickAss!
Official Episode Description ( aired March 24, 2004 )
Jimmy is in training for an upcoming sporting event and he's determined to win at any cost. Timmy is crushed when he discovers that Jimmy has been using steroids to increase his chances of winning. Despite Jimmy's chemical advantage, Cartman feels he can still take first place in the competition, if only he can convince the qualifying committee that he's handicapped.

:- Another ep centered around the local retards... ha, ha, Cartman included. He was a retard for thinking he is better than the handicapped. Timmy can be so expressive and Jimmy has a sailor's mouth. Pretty funny for a "Cripple One" but this one ranks third. The first two were still better. They Live & Lil'Roller + 4Legs
I'ld watch 3 ReRuns

"...I'll kick-ass against all the handicaps !"
"Guess I'll just have to kick-ass in the other events."
"...I should kick your ass right here..." - Jimmy to Cartman

Up The Down Steriods Trivia

The title appears to be taken from a novel, Up The Down Staircase by Bel Kaufman about a high school teacher's struggle with USA education in 1960's and later made into a movie - VHS

This Episode airs before Ep#802 causing it to be Out-Of-Order.

Those folks over at The Studios are really bad with names or they do it on purpose.
An earlier ep had Jimmy's last name = SWANSON but they kept calling him Jimmy VALMER
Like a cross name of Val Kilmer. Oh wait, I know, JIM SWANSON is his "stage name".

Side view of Jimmy with both eyes seen... eewww, *shivers*, freaky.

Cartman has a new poster on his wall Mel Gibson as BRAVEHEART, to right of door, and the normal Orgazmo Dude Poster on back of door was seen.

Jimmy has a SIX BILLION DOLLAR MAN Poster in his room. Small words at bottom of poster = BIGGER STRONGER FASTER
Wasn't that the words he kept using?

Jimmy can understand Timmy just like Cartman, Stan & Kyle can understand Kenny.

The scamps are seen playing the board game, Bill Kurtis Investigative Reports, which was first seen in Cartman Joins NAMBLA - #406 e053

During the music of training, Push It To The Limit, Kid Rock was on TV, cartoon-style.
This song was from "Scarface" - 1983, another reference to drugs.

They were spoofing "American Pie" when Jimmy's dad asks Jimmy if he was masturbating and the girl coming over to study.

Cartman usually has 1 or 2 rips on Kyle for being Jewish, but this time marks first time they used same rip in 2 consecutive eps.
Continuing with the Mel Gibson's The Passion view of jews. They ripped more on Mel and movie in next ep to make record of 3 eps and more.

WHOOPs

One big huge AUDIO ops, with Announcer coming on a bit too soon. Ha ha, that was a funny by C.C., good one.
"Dave Chappelle says 'bitch' tonight..." ( and where can I find some WAVs of Dave? )
Practicing for April 1, next week, huh? Notice how the end didn't have the announcement afterall.... heeheh.
