Humans from the year 4035 are arriving in droves in South Park! Everything gets a little too crowded when people from the future arrive through a recently discovered time portal. When the boys try to earn some extra money, the time immigrants, who are willing to do the same work for next to nothing, take their jobs.

This Episode was delayed causing Ep807 to be Out-Of-Order along with this one.
Another Season of eps with one or more Out-Of-Order, so-to-speak. This has happened since Season 1.
"Hey, did you see the second episode of Season 1 ?" Second one aired = Volcano - #103 e002 not Weight Gain 4000 - #102 e003.
This has created semi-confusion among fans when talking about an ep which they didn't know the title but recall the order aired.
The Studios say that it is something they can't predict and just happens.

They show the time portal east of Highway. When the Gooback exits he walks south from the portal.
He would not have crossed the Highway as he was traveling parallel to it.
Which begs to ask the age old question. Why did the Gooback cross the road?

In the first scene, Gooback is standing in right or slow lane of 2-lane highway as well as the truck. (shots 1 & 2)
When show Gooback running out of the way (shot 3), they are both suddenly in the left or fast lane.
The second scene shows a brown car approaching in the left or fast lane (shot 1). The Gooback puts hands up.
He is standing in the right lane (shot 2)[or middle lane of 3-lane highway] and the car turns into a green one (shot 3).
