The 4th grade girls are having a sleepover. It’s imperative that the boys find out what goes on behind those closed doors. Butters is picked to be the boy who must fake his death, become a girl and infiltrate this age-old feminine tradition.

:- Girls and spys and demons, oh my! Could have almost been a Halloween Special but depends on what they do next week. They mentioned it was close to being a "to be continued", so there might be a trick or treat. Last time this many girls were in an episode it was all about BOOBs.
Notice how Bebe said Marjorine was "flat" I thought it was funny Marjorine was from Dallass, Texass )~

Not really new, but Cartman did not have his hat on during the beginning scene in his basement.

A poster in Heidi's basement, which has been seen before, is the spoof of E.T. = I.T.

Marjorine was wearing Bunny Slippers The opposite of butter = margarine, so her name should of been MarjorineS

Kenny was there but had no lines and didn't die, although he was instrumental in destroying the future-telling device. "Damn, Ken!"

They sure like doing what I call "the splattered effect". First Kenny, then Kyle's knees and this time a pig & demon-food-lady.

We see another side of Butters' parents with those chains in their basement.

The last time we saw Butters going up the stairs in his house, was Professor Chaos - #606 e085. In that previous episode, the picture of Butters was on the wall halfway up the stairs.
In this episode, that same picture was located on the wall at the bottom of the stairs.
